As a user I want to be able to stamp/watermark metadata values from BCDE onto a PDF of a Document to allow the status of the document to be visible on downloaded or printed documents.
Option to bulk download documents with or without version numbers in the name
As a user I want to be able to download documents without appending the version number to the document name to allow me to easily re-upload the documents. As a user I want to be able to download documents WITH an appended version number if requested.
