Support PowerBI connecting to BCDE securely to download Search Report data automatically

As a user configuring a PowerBI report I want to be able to set up a scheduled pull from BCDE to get the latest data being collated from a search report. Notes This needs to be something achievable by a PowerBI user and not an expert developer.
