The subject of the email notification has already been enhanced and can be setup:

Projectname (short) - Doc Type - Issue Type - ….


For our users it would be really helpful to include the other recipients of this document in the mail. This is currently not possible.

Practical use of functionality?

Internal communication is enhanced and users that access documents can see faster if they need to do something.
What is the impact of not doing this?

Additional work for communicating outside BCDE.

    Hi @Guest ,

    Are you looking to see the full distribution of the Issue in the content of the notification? E.g. If you have "For Approval", "For Review" and "For Information" reasons for distribution, then you would see the users and roles that received that Issue/task?

    I think this may need to be something that is configured to show in the notification because it may not be appropriate for all configurations of BCDE.

    Do you have an idea as to where in the notification email you would like to see this information?
