When tagging multiple files at once it is frustrating today to have to scroll left, check which file you are tagging, then scroll right to actually populate specific metadata fields with values according to which file it is.

Practical use of functionality?
If we could simply freeze the Name column (similar to freeze first column in excel) then I wouldn't have to scroll back and forth when metadata tagging many files at once. The file name would always be visible to me. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
If this change is not implemented we risk tagging the wrong row with the wrong value (since we can't be sure we're tagging the correct row). This could lead to lost files, incorrect permissions on files, and reduced quality in our document handling. |
