As an issue sender I want to be able to send an issue to the same user or role for multiple reasons.
For example
Needs to go to a role for information and later for approval.
Sent for the wrong reason, needs to be forwarded for the right reason.
Need to delegate a task to a user who has already received the issue for information.
It should be possible to send/forward/delegate an issue to the same user/role multiple times for different reasons for issue.
The respond menu must accommodate reason and user/role.
The action menu should be refactored, especially regarding delegate and complete tasks without further response.
Delegate tasks should allow for selection of reason/user/role.
Complete tasks without further response should allow for selection of reason/user/role.
Complete and cancel issue may not need to be performed as a role.
In bound tasks for documents and issues needs to be updated to group user/role under the reason for clarity.
