Improved support for ISO19650 names and wildcard searches

As a user I want to be able to search for ISO19650 names and use wildcards for some elements of the term.

E.g. 6733-0360-023-14-54*

At present this returns a parsing error.

Practical use of functionality? A search for: 6733-0360-023-14-5400-001* Would return: 6733-0360-023-14-5400-001-R.pdf (and other documents that match with the wildcard.)
What is the impact of not doing this? Wildcard searching with ISO19650 names is not discoverable.
