Instant Issue Notifications to show Included and Referenced Documents

As a user I want to be able to see at a glance what documents are included or referenced on an Issue.

Notes
  1. Must include:

    1. Document name

    2. Landing page link to document

    3. Document version

    4. Description (often used as the title)

  2. Should be shown as part of initial section - it is important information.

Practical use of functionality?
QA can seen they have a quality plan to check as part of the workflow directly from the issue notification.
What is the impact of not doing this?
Users have to click to view each issue to determine which issue to address first.
