As a user I want to burn in (watermark) status, metadata, and QR codes into a PDF rendition of an Office or CAD file.

Notes

Example

IF status = "S5" then watermark/burn in = "For Construction"

Users should be able to define position of watermark on the pdf.

    The Watermarking should be based on the final consolidated PDF that would be provided to users. For example if the review Consolidator has a selection available "Accepted with Comments" this would watermarked on the PDF, then if issued outside of BCDE the users of the information would be aware of the status and by who. This would be critical for approval to stamp "Approved" on the PDF. Should include the name and date of the person who completed the action.
