Allow a Collection to be set up to show a default Results Type for all users.
E.g. An RFI collection should show Issues by default.
This capability should probably be delivered within the Columns operation.

Practical use of functionality?
Creating registers for Issues for forms. E.g. RFIs, Snags, Early Warning Notices, etc.

What is the impact of not doing this?
Purely a usability issue. You have to educate users that they have to switch a form Collection to show issues.
