Remove all but the 50 roles involved in delivering the specific project. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Users are presented with 1,000s of roles that aren't applicable to their project and struggle to find those that are relevant. (Causes mistakes.) |
This is critical for Volkswagen as they have large numbers of Roles but only a few are required on each project. User are not able to clearly see which Roles are relevant and need users assigning to. This is a number one priority for Volkswagen.
