As a user receiving tasks via automated workflow, I want to receive notifications batched up but more frequently than daily.
For example, every 4 hours, send me a report on all the tasks I have received in the last period.
As a schema admin I want to configure different roles to receive notifications at different frequencies.
For example, every 1 hour, send a document controller their report but for everyone else send the report every 4 hours. I.e. to accommodate certain roles that receive high frequencies of incoming tasks where the turn around is short.
