Set timezone for BCDE servers, projects and users

As an admin I want to be able to set the server timezone which will be the default timezone for all dates and times.

As a project manager I want to be able to set the project timezone which will ensure project dates and times are captured in the project's timezone.

As a user I want to be able to set my personal timezone so that dates and times display in my timezone.

It is important that:

  • Times follow 'clocks changing'.

  • International timezones are followed.

  • Tasks due in 3 days fall on the right day.

Practical use of functionality?

Users can view times in their local timezone to see when tasks etc... happened
What is the impact of not doing this?
