As a user I want to be able to disable an issued version of a document.
As a user I want to be able to disable a version of a document that has been through automated workflow and may have been issued.
The only mechanism to remove a version that has been issued is to delete the document. (A document version could be marked with a status of "Do not use" by the automated workflow if required.)
Practical use of functionality?
Disable a document that was rejected by a check, review, and approval process. |
