As a schema designer I want to be able to use Issue Categories across multiple languages.
Each issue category should be able to store a translation for each supported language.
The language string shown when displaying issue categories - i.e. in menus or in issue type selection - should be translated into the user's preferred language.
Practical use of functionality?
Show "Form" category in German. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Number of issue categories would need to be increased or issue category use would be restricted. |
