Supporting emails in all Spaces without admin overheads

As a user I want to be able to email information into a BCDE Space via a "secure" email address.

As a user I want this capability available without any admin overhead on all Spaces. I.e. it just works magically.

Practical use of functionality?

Forward email communications into a Space in BCDE.
What is the impact of not doing this?

We have to implement OAuth2 capabilities for POP3 accounts.

Management of these inboxes remains a support overhead.
