BCDE to support the latest version/API of Adobe Sign/Acrobat Sign

As a user I want to be able to sign a document using Adobe Sign when responding to an issue.

Practical use of functionality? A contract could be digitally signed and then downloaded.
What is the impact of not doing this? Documents have to be downloaded and signed outside of BCDE and then re-uploaded.
