As a workflow designer I want to be able to issue to a role and get responses back from each recipient.
We need to continue to allow existing behaviour: i.e. a single response is expected for the role by anyone in that role.
Number of expected responses should match the number of individuals currently in the role.
We need to gracefully handle people being added or removed from roles.
Send an issue to the functional review role and have each person respond separately in that role.
E.g. If the role has 5 people in it, expect up to 5 responses.

Distribute a document for review by the functional review team. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Workflow can convert to a static set of users but this impacts the starters and leavers processes and requires workflows to be designed to accommodate these scenarios. |
