Mark the Architect as out of office and redirect processes to an alternative responder. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Workflows will get stuck when users are out of office. (Alternate solution to this is to introduce dynamic roles with multiple responses supported. The work around of statically issuing causes this problem.) |
