As a user I want to be able to tell BCDE when I am out of the office.
As a project manager I want to be able to set a user as out of office if they are incapacitated and cannot do so themselves.
As a project manager I want to be able to see when my project team is out of office to be able to manage roles.
As a workflow admin I want to be able to design a workflow that takes into account a user's out of office status.
Practical use of functionality?
Mark the Architect as out of office and redirect processes to an alternative responder. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Workflows will get stuck when users are out of office. (Alternate solution to this is to introduce dynamic roles with multiple responses supported. The work around of statically issuing causes this problem.) |
