As a contractor I want to be able to more quickly see a document has markups against it, view a document and its review markup in order to enact the requested changes.
Currently, the listing shows an "Issued" icon beside documents that leads to the document distribution history. From there it is simple to "View all markups" for a version of a document. This enhancement would reduce the number of clicks to 1, rather than 2.
Make the presence of markups visible in the status column in a listing of documents.
Make the presence of markups visible when viewing issues.
View a drawing and its markup in order to make changes to the original native model file.

Practical use of functionality?
View a document and all its review markups in order to make the required changes to the native model file. Export a drawing and selected markups into a PDF format to facilitate review with a user outside of BCDE. |
