As a user I want to be able to configure which issue notifications (delayed and or instant) I receive based upon "reason for issue".
As a user I want to be able to configure how often I receive delayed notifications outside the standard of once a day.
For example:
Only notify me of Issues with "For Approval" reason for issue against them.
Send me delayed notifications every 3 days.
Send me delayed notifications every 4 hours.
Practical use of functionality?
To be able to successfully control email notification user by user, depending on their requirement against each Reason for Issue. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Users may receive email notifications that are not relevant to their area of focus. Users may receive delayed email notifications too frequently or not often enough. |
