As a lead reviewer I want to be able to quickly create a PDF of a document and its review markup in order to be able to distributed it to a contractor.
Save a drawing and its markup for archival in a separate system.
Save a drawing and its markup for transfer to a third-party via email.
Generate a PDF of document and markups and use this as the basis for next activities without going back to designers. (I.e. build from marked up drawing.)
