Support multiple language specific strings for TYPE names and short names (including DOCUMENT TYPES)

As a schema designer I want to be able to use Types (Document, Issue, Schema, Sub-schema) across multiple languages.

Practical use of functionality? Create a set of document types for use across Europe.
What is the impact of not doing this? Each language currently needs its own configuration, increasing setup and maintenance overheads.
