As a Project Manager I want to be able to specify the official language of my project.
As a user I want to be able to see what the official language of a project is so that I know to use to correct language.
As a user I want to be able to choose whether the project information shows in the Project Language or my preferred language.

Practical use of functionality?
Set the project language to German such that all field names, types and metadata values are shown in that language. (Unless the user chooses to override this.) |

What is the impact of not doing this?
There is no clear setting of what the project language is. There is no way for the user to choose to respect the project language or override it. |
