As a project manager I want to offer a window during which users can provide responses or discussions against an issue prior to completing it.
E.g.
Documents sent for information currently can either remain open indefinitely OR immediately close. A middle ground is required that would allow for discussions against this information before completing it.
Practical use of functionality?
Give users a 10 day window to respond or discuss before completing a transmittal. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Issues have to be manually completed. (Which doesn't happen in the real world.) |
