As a user I want to be able to create powerful advanced searches in the Quartz interface using a modern user interface.
A user presently has to switch to the Graphite Interface to carry out an Advanced Search or create a Saved Search.

Practical use of functionality?
Create searches to find information or generate reports when simple keyword searches aren't able to get what is being looked for. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Users will have to know to switch to the Graphite Interface. (Which throws them in the deep end into a UX that isn't responsive or as user friendly.) |
