As a user I want to be able to reference a single document potentially 1,000s of times across projects or sub projects.
Temporary Works (TW) – some projects can have circa 10,000 Temporary Works happening across delivery. As a TW Coordinator, I want to be able to reference multiple documents and drawings from the main works. Many of these documents and drawings will need to be referenced in multiple TWs, (there will be some key documents and drawings that will be referenced in almost every TW related to a specific Sublot; i.e. 1,000 to 2,000).
Tenders / Contracts – some projects have between 300 and 500 Subcontracts. As a Package Manager I want to be able to reference a standard set of Works information, and lead contractor policies and procedures for each tender and subsequent contract set. There are circa 150 documents / drawings that will need to be referenced in each tender issue and subsequently in each contract.
Practical use of functionality?
Reference a key programme document across 1,000s of sub projects. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Alternate approaches will need to be considered for documents that need to be referenced in 1,000s of projects which will lead to inconsistency. |
