This would enable documents to be tagged based on space metadata, making it much simpler to search and surface key information based on document metadata only |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Searches can be quite complicated to locate spaces before finding documents within those spaces. The complexity of the searches has performance impacts. If automated workflow is in place it is possible to copy the value from the space and apply it to the document as part of a process. |
