As a workflow admin I want to be able to edit the version label and comment as part of a workflow process.
Would need to be able to set a version number component.
Would need to be able to "increment" a version number component.
Next major version
Next minor version
Would need to be able to "reset" a version number component. (Used in conjunction with incrementing or setting another number.)
Would need to be able to "keep" a version number component value the same. (I.e. not change it.)
Would need to support ISO19650 style version numbers.
Would we need equation builder support to allow us to intelligently update the version number? (I.e. control over each component of the version label.)
E.g.
Document uploaded with P03.02 version label.
Workflow takes the document through approvals, and upon being approved...
Edit the version label to P03 and then to C03.

Update version labels to indicate the are "C" status documents following approvals for a specific suitability status. |
