As a workflow designer I want to be able to determine routing in a distribution matrix based upon Space metadata values.
The current work-around of copying space metadata into document metadata fields adds complexity to the processes with an otherwise unnecessary step.
If the contract type = CCCC and the document role = RRRR then distribute to UUUU for 10 days.

We have to use a work around that copies a value from the space to the document which adds steps to the process and metadata to the document. |
