As a workflow admin I want to be able to import a distribution matrix from a CSV, either because it is available as an export from another data source or to speed creation in a tool such as Excel.
Practical use of functionality?
Import the distribution matrix of 700 rows based upon chosen work package.
What is the impact of not doing this?
Very large distribution matrices will take a long time to manually set up.
