If you paste a reference document in an Area it would be good to have the possibility to add them to a workflow to issue them to an External Company.
What is the impact of not doing this?

    Are you able to provide an example of why you would be adding references to documents to an Issue (Workflow)?

    E.g. is this about being able to reference as-built asset information in a project and controlling who the information is distributed to in the project?
