In the last version of Brava, there is the possibility to add Stamp Templates. It will be a good opportunity to add custom stamps by client, project, etc...
Provide a mechanism to generate a rendition of the document (likely PDF) with key information "stamped" into it.
Enable the "stamp" to be defined, to consist of a set of metadata fields relating to the document.
Practical use of functionality?
To add a stamp on documents with your company logo, the status of the document, the name of the approver or the date when the document has been reviewed/approved. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Time and quality |
Hi Paul,
I would use it to add the status of the document in the file and then send it to the external company. I have used Brava in other platforms and it can be done.
Hi Francisco,
Thank you for your feedback.
What are you trying to achieve with the stamps? Is it allow for key approval related information to be "automatically" stamped into a document when viewing or downloading it? Or is this about being able to have a wider set of annotation capabilities when viewing or approving a document?
Best regards, Paul Houghton...
