As a workflow admin I want to be able to turn workflows off on a per folder/collection basis.
The optimal mechanism for achieving this will be similar to the mechanism for turning workflows on and off at a space level. I.e. To be able to inspect a metadata value against the document container (e.g. collection).
To the data tree we shall add a new "Container" node that contains all the metadata available for the container.

What is the impact of not doing this?
There are possible workarounds available using Folder Types but this may not work well with inheritance from the schema to the sub schema. |
