Import a Workflow Type into a Server/Schema

As a workflow admin I want to be able to import a workflow type into a Server/Schema so that I don't have to completely redefine it each time.

Practical use of functionality? Take the workflows defined on Master and move them to a customer server.
What is the impact of not doing this? Workflows will have to be set up from scratch on each server - a slow, manual process prone to error. (No matter how amazing the interface is.)
