As a workflow designer I want to be able to stamp a PDF with an image or metadata value to allow status from the CDE to be transferred to the document contents as the outcome of a workflow.
Practical use of functionality?
Stamp an approved document so that when the PDF is downloaded the approval can be seen in the document.
What is the impact of not doing this?
The stamp has to be manually added - e.g. as a decal - to the document.
