As a lead reviewer I want to be able complete my response and doing so, automatically complete the issue to prevent further responses from being made.
I.e. To be able to flag a final response e.g. the final approvers response, so that once it is made the Issue is Completed - so that all outstanding Tasks are removed.

Practical use of functionality?
Reduce overload of Tasks for users on Issues that no longer require their Response. It should be noted that manual Issues are very often not Completed by the creator. |

What is the impact of not doing this?
Continued overload of Tasks. For this Client they noted Tasks on some Users Dashboards even though the Issues have been approved/ rejected over a year ago |
