As a correction user I want to be able to correct the version number on a file after it has been issued.
As a schema admin I want to be able to specify that the version number field can be mutable during and after issuing.
As an end user I want to be able to edit a version number during or after issuing if permitted by field mutability definitions.
The only work-around is to re-upload the document with the correct version number.
This is a problem when privacy is enabled. The only way a document controller could get access to edit the version number would be for it to be issued.

Practical use of functionality?
The version was specified as P01.02 and the document issued BUT it should have been P02.

What is the impact of not doing this?
Users will have to revise, set correct version number, and re-issue the affected document. |
