Set the Default Results Type for a Collection (e.g. Issues, Documents, etc.)
Allow a Collection to be set up to show a default Results Type for all users. E.g. An RFI collection should show Issues by default. This capability should probably be delivered within the Columns operation.
Controlled issue can be completed by automated workflow without sender marking responses as read
As a workflow admin I want to be able to close a controlled issue as part of a business process without requiring the sender to mark responses as read.
